TNR is knowledgeable about the products they sell. I personally was about to purchase an RC Heli package for $500 but the employee put me on the simulator so I could get an idea of what to expect and he could get an idea of what I would need. After an epic fail he recommended that I do not buy the package but rather purchase a sim and practice or come into the store and practice on their simulator. He also recommended that if I do buy that I should come to the RC field where he goes with his heli and let him hook me to a buddy box to train so I would not lose the heli.



It is this kind of service that will keep me going back. He could have easily sold me the heli package and let me crash, which would have resulted in me losing all interest in flying helis. Now I know what to expect and can ease into helis as he recommended. This saved me money without a doubt !
