This attorney is not interested in your case, he's interested in how he can get paid the most with the least amount of effort. He is definately NOT a caring individual and he will convince you that he will fight hard to get you the 'best settlement'. That term should be continued with '. . .I can get you without really having to work on your case.' I forced my case to court and he, and the judge (Duffy), coerced me, THREE TIMES during the first day of trial to settle for an unacceptable amount. Mr. Rhoad threatened me to accept or I was going to lose it all and, together, they brought me to tears and all but forced me to take a settlement. I think this guy is a dirt bag and good luck if you choose to waste your time with him. He and the judge should be disbarred for what they did to me!!!
