If I could give this company a negative for ratings it would be negative 10 across the board. The owner of this business is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has placed locks on my storage and I am not past due on my payment. He has taken money from one of my previous payments and stated that I didn't pay the full amount to get more money from me. I wouldn't recommend this storage to my worst enemy. When I asked when the locks can be removed which was today 5/3/12 he stated not until the following monday which is 4 days away. He is only doing this to make sure that I pay him before I get my things out of the storage. He talks to people as if they are stupid and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning. please do not use this company unless you just absolutely have no choice what so ever it will be the worst decision you ever made
