Provided by YP.comMr. HORKEY DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS. HE HAS REPRESENTED OUR ASSOCIATION FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. LAST AUG. 2018 WE ASKED HIM DO DO SOME BUSINESS FOR US. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE OURS AMENDMENTS DONE IN A WEEK. WE ARE STILL WAITING AND HE DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS OR LETTERS.
