They have new equipment that beats your vehicle vigorously. I have never had any issues with my antennae (not removable without tools) before, but Saturday October 1st it snapped mine off. I left a message with on their phone with NO call back. Be careful. I should've gone to autobell.

Customer service needs improvement. If I could I wouldn't even give you one star. VERY disappointed and will not go back.

Jimmy Cleans is good car wash at a reasonable price. I have never had a problem with them messing up my car. I take both of my cars there. Staff seems good.

I absolutely love this carwash, i have the club membership and i can come through several times a day and as much a month as i want. It is an awesome deal for only $33 bucks/month. Ive had my club for over 4 months now and nothing has ever broken off my vehicle, if your vehicle is "raggity", it would be dumb to take it through any carwash period!!! It has always been washed fantastically everytime ive been through, never had any dislikes. I highly recommend this carwash to anyone.

This is hands down the best carwash i have ever been to!! The brushes washed my car great and i got the cheapest wash. The staff is awesome, i had a little trouble with the mat cleaner machine but the manager saw i was having difficulties and she came right out and helped me through the entire process. The vacuums work great. I will never visit another carwash.

CAR DAMAGE! I have a 2006 Ford Expedition and today I went through this car wash and rollers beat out and broke my center break light. When I showed the manager she told me they would do NOTHING about it!! I asked to speak with her manager and she said they will tell you the same. They have video, I watched it with her and you can clearly see that going in no damage and coming out the entire light and housing was hanging by the wire. She said it didn't matter...they was nothing I could do about it!!!!!This is the second car in my family to be damaged at this car wash....please spend the extra 5 bucks and use laser wash...does a much better job and NO DAMAGES!

Where has this car wash been all my life? This is the best kept secret in Monroe if you don't know about it already. Super speedy and cheap! It does the best job of any car wash I know of around this area! Try it for yourself and see what I am talking about!!!

Best Car Wash around! Also the cheapest!

Did not get the front tire rims clean, nor did it get the back clean, still dusty/dirty. Broke off both deer horns from front of car, mounted between grill and bumper. Also ripped off weather stripping from back passenger window. Very rough car wash, will not use again for fears of more damage and less effective cleaning.
