Dr. Patel is a very good optometrist. Unfortunately his staff is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have been a patient for 12 years and have never been treated poorly the way his staff has treated me and my family. They never answer the phone, cancel appointments the day of a scheduled appointment, after people who work take off and will reschedule your appointment if you're late for 5 minutes, which is unheard of in a business. Appointments should not be rescheduled if you are 15 minutes late, especially if a doctor's office has you waiting over 45 minutes from your scheduled appointment. A no show should be penalized, not when a person is a few minutes late, especially a loyal patient. I hope Dr. Patel reads all of his reviews and will make future changes. I have read numerous negative comments about the staff and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. He has lost our business.
