I'm happy so far. ...the employees have very helpful and courteous to me, the tools I got are excellent.

I've been in this store many times straight off the job site, dirty and smelly and I've always received helpful and attentive service, when I've needed it. You need to keep in mind that there are usually only 2 or so people working a large store. For the most part they have specialty tools, blades and parts that Home Depot or other stores don't carry. They have saved my butt more than once!

back in the day I was working across the street from this place on the jonnys incredible pizza as a construction worker and always buying tools.i decided to go to this store after work and take a look at the tools they have...out comes the manager telling a salesman to kick me out of the store for no reason...I will never ever buy anything from this place

This place has always been my go-to when I need any tool, whether for my business or fixing up the house. Whatever tool I need, they will either have it in stock or order it (shipping is quick).They run a bi-annual sale that is great so I usually wait until then to buy the bigger tools. The prices may be higher than those at Harbor Freight down the street, but this place offers a much better quality product. I highly recommend!

The previous response mentioned customer service: Yeah, no one reaches out to help me the minute I walk in, but when I ask a question they will answer. It's a tool store, not some craft store. I don't think any of us need to be hand walked down an aisle to find a simple screwdriver.
