I can't speak to the quality of the care offered, I left after cooling my heels and my ingrown toenails for an hour and fifteen minutes past my scheduled appointment. Why is it medical clinics and the like, considered one of the higher professions, are the singularly least professional?
If you came to my office for a scheduled appointment - one I might add I expected you to pay well for - and I kept you waiting over an hour, I would expect you to be upset. I would fall over myself in apology. Dr. Vaughn's attitude? Not so much as an "I'm sorry we so badly screwed up the schedule today."
I understand doctors cannot always foresee what there schedule will actually hold, but that would indicate a need to relax their scheduling, not my schedule.
Needless to say, I'm looking for another podiatrist in Montgomery.
