Although my 3 sons have been going to this office for about 5 years, my husband and I continued to travel to mechanicsville to see our dentist, until we decided to try this office which was closer on our home. After 2 shots of novacaine, I could no longer deal with Dr Musetti's rudeness. He was grossly unsympathetic and lacked any chair side manners. I was unable to sit in the chair any longer and I refused his care. He not only was insensitive to the fact that I was extremely sensitive and very uncomfortable, but he was also appeared to be unhappy to be at the Montpelier office today! If you have to use the Montpelier office, I highly recommend you do not go on Mondays and risk seeing Dr Musetti! On the other hand, I will miss the friendliness of the hygienists, and office staff at the Montpelier office who do show genuine care and concern for patients.
