WEAK SERVICE WEAK LOAN, COMPLETELY RIP OFF AND THEY DOES NOT REPORT TO ALL CREDIT BUREAU. THEY ONLY REPORT TO TRANSUNION NOT EACH MONTH, ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS. I FEEL SOORY FOR MY SELF AND OTHER PEOPLE WHO GOT STUCK WITH THESE ROBBERS, IF U MAKE PAYMENT OF 375.00 A MONTH U PAYING 6.25 EACH DAY ON INTEREST, THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 0 STAR, HOPE OTHER HARDWORKING PEOPLE WONT GET TRAP , AND I HOPES THIS HELP OTHER BY READING THIS

Worst experience ever! They are so rude and ready to take your car at any point. They will not let you make a payment over the phone untill they have grilled you with questions such as address, job, billing address, ect. I have never had one pleasant conversation with them. They have threatened to take my car over $5 before. I have made a complaint with the BBB, and all they can say for their defense is that they have a license. Worst mistake of my life, one I wish I had seen coming!

These people don't even deserve the one star that you have to give to post your review. The ladies here Connie and Brenda are the rudest, unprofessional, individuals that I have ever come across in a customer service environment. They are predators at this company and they should not be allowed to finance anyone for anything not even bubblegum!!!

Not a star worth. But don't do it, due to any circumstances you have, they do not care. Go to Integrity Auto and deal with Dealers Finance. Since I've been with Integrity Auto, I was in back payments the same amount as Quest. Never once did Integrity come and repossess my car. They we're understandable and waited until I had the money to pay for the miss payments. These people took the car and served me almost 2 years later. And I was put in jail. DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY... AT ALL... Take your business elsewhere... They charge too much and I still have to go to court because of these people. They will get over on you to get their money

WORST FINANCE Company EVER! Seriously, do not waste your time. They charge an ungodly interest rate and have horrible customer service! I am 13 payments away from having my car paid off and I can't wait! I had a 54 month loan (UNGODLY amount of time on used car) and yes I have been late from time to time. Not every month and usually not more than a couple days. They have a $22 late charge if your payment is made more than 2 days past the due date. I actually called at Christmas and said look I've spent more than I realized at Christmas, can I make this payment 2 weeks late when I get paid next? They told me no, and that they would be prepossessing my vehicle! Seriously worst company I have ever had to deal with!
