NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! The worst customer service I have honestly ever recieved!! Not only did they withhold options for fixing my phone, they were completely rude. I felt like a nuisance both times I've ever set foot in the store. Next time I have a problem it will be worth the drive to go elsewhere!

BEWARE: If you damage an Iphone you DO have options for fixing it! I was told it was garbage, and they conned me into letting them buy it for $10 (a brand new Iphone 4 with water damage). Come to find out I could have taken my phone any Apple store and replaced it for little to no fee. An AT&T worker from another store informed me that this was a scam and that employees withhold information to buy the phone for cheap, then turn around and make at least a $200 profit. Don't let this happen to you!
