I have been to many consignment stores, and this store was awesome. Very clean, everything sized and organized, none of the clothes have any odors. It has good brands, very good prices. And u make good money on your unused clothing. Everything is hung on proper hangers and it is an easy location to find. Well worth your time and money to visit. I think consignment store are very good for the community. But this one is worth visiting!!!

I brought items to this store last Wednesday for consignment. I was told I could bring in 15 items each week for a total of 45 items for the season. I dropped off another 15 items today and was told immediately that my items smell like moth balls and I would have to take them all home and rewash them. I had taken my items and steam pressed them the night before bringing them in so I know there wasn't a "smell" as she noted. The clothes were not looked over carefully. One item was looked at, smelled and I was told I must be used to the odor because all the items smelled like moth balls. I am shocked that this person who took my items last week would say this about my freshly ironed shirts and pants this time. There is little money to be made putting these items on consignment since there is an up front fee of $10 and all the hard work one does getting these items ready to be put on display. I have shopped at this store before and did not say anything when some items were not crisply ironed and showed a bit more worn than expected. I bought a large quantity of items that I shipped to my daughter who is a Marine in Afghanistan and requested clothing for many of the poor people there.

I do think thrift stores help many people who are on a tight budget and looking for ways to help their family. I think this store can improve it's policy by being more specific about presentation of items and prevent needless distress.
