Provided by SuperpagesI have been to a lot of Viet Pho establishments but Simmering Pho is special. The meals are authentic Viet style and made fresh (not from a can). This restaurant is very clean and the owners are very nice to talk to. Driving from Sn Jose to Morgan Hill is well worth the trip. If you enjoy authentic Viet meals Simmering Pho is for you.
