I have been shopping at this Best Buy in Morgantown, WV at University Town Centre for years with no issues. The staff is always friendly and answers any questions I might have as I enter the store. If I can't find exactly what I am looking for, whoever is assisting me will check around other local stores or I will just have it ordered and shipped to my home. Not a problem 👌

On two separate visits, the Best Buy in Morgantown has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.



The employees are always available when they are needed the least, and rarely available when needed the most. I was looking for help to purchase a 26-inch LCD TV, and wandered around the home theater department for ten minutes before leaving, flustered. Maybe it was for the best, however, considering that there was only one of these TVs in stock and the box looked "worn" to say the least.



I won't be a patron here any time in the near future.
