Provided by SuperpagesI would never suggest book exchange to anyone under any circumstances after my experiences there. I bought a NEW text book from them, and when I went back to return it a month later, with receipt in hand I was told that they weren't doing returns, even though the book was still in plastic wrap. Then I was told that they weren't buying the book back either..... seriously? I don't care how low they claim their prices to be, I would much rather pay a few extra bucks than deal with them. And Honestly I think 1 star is being generous. I will never do business with these people again. Thanks,
