I have used this cleaner for over 7 year and the last 2 years has been horrible. They have completely went down the tubes ever since Kay has left. Alterations were wrong on a shirt (too short), the turnaround time is longer now, prices have went up, and the owner is just rude and inconsiderate. He can't even say "Thank You" when picking up your laundry and putting money in his pocket. He just stares at you after paying. I will never use them again!
