Provided by YPmobileI prepaid for repair to a laptop on 3/9/13. It is 4/7/13 and noone has called to update me in the repair. Waited in hokd 20 minutes today for update. Someone said it will be ready in a few hours. Got here and was told it wasn't ready and they wouldn't know when it would. They quickly took my money on 3/19/13 but have never updated us until I call then give inaccurate information. They showed no remorse nor apology. Will never use then again - for anything!!!
