This Aaron's is horrible. The sales manager (Jessica Shearer) told me payments will show up on your credit 2-3 months after a payment is made, so I signed a contract with them. Four months later, I checked my credit and it wasn't there. I called corporate and they said Aaron's has stopped reporting to credit bureaus as of May 1, 2018 and that they only report after the item is fully paid off. This is not what I was told. The only reason I bought a t.v. from them and not Walmart (for $1,000 cheaper) was to build credit in 2-3 months. After being transferred back and forth several times and receiving contradictory information from every single person, I was eventually (by a supervisor who gave me a nick name, I found out his real name later) told me that this store is a franchise and can say what they want to people and that I would have to talk to them directly to fix it. So I go down there and talk with the general manager (since the store opened I guess, Gabriel) to find out what he might do to make this right. After hearing that corporate was telling me to deal with it myself he called me and my husband a liar. He said that I had no proof that his sales manager had lied to me. I was like... "She's right there... just ask..." He said he didn't need to. I argued for at least a couple minutes to bring her out and let her talk. When he finally did, she looked at him the entire time with a worried look on her face, saying she couldn't remember. She had a super sad look when she glanced at me. I could tell she knew and she was just lying to keep her job. It was horrible. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and seeing. I wish I would have recorded it. Then he says as I am leaving that I don't ever have to come back and I can give back the t.v. if I want, knowing full well I only have 2 small payments left with them. I cannot believe I was just treated like that. This was worse than pointless since I just overpaid for a t.v. and got no credit in return.

Very irritated about their customer service within the last month. First my 3d t.v. went out. It took two weeks to get a loaner and another couple of weeks for them to actually send it off to begin to be fixed. Usually they have been amazing with working with people however new staff have been not returning phone calls, stating they can work with a payment arrangement then calling back and stating they never agreed to an arrangement. Instead of offering to fix the miscommunication, they insisted we did not set up arrangements. Very disappointed. Initially they spoke highly of consistent amounts due every month and the last three were not the same.

I have been with Arrons for years And I really enjoy the customer service that you get from all the employees Especially Emerson and Joe.I alway s feel welcomed and come out feeling saisfied and happy
