The schedule of classes is SO impossible to read. As a certified, employed educator, I tried 6 times to bring my daughter to the appropriate classes. However... It wasn't possible due to their crazy numerical system!

Examples: Girls in level 3 ballet are actually beginner level 1 preschool & K-2 beginners. So why call it level 3?. And level 2 jazz is actually so advanced, my daughter and I were told upon arrival, very rudely by an obnoxious employee/parent with blue hair, "You will never be at this level. And you are not allowed to even watch that class!." (We were standing 5 feet outside the closed curtain, not watching at all.) We couldn't! Good grief... These are not secret NEW York City Dance Professionals! My little one was just hoping to get a glimpse! We had great service at Aim Gymnastics in Moses Lake. But this dance company is extremely difficult to get decent service with. They have been arrogant, unhelpful and completely disrespectful to my family. Such a surprise... Because publicly they "seem" to be so inviting,! - With huge windows to the streets across from the post office. Anyone can observe and enjoy the dancers. Naturally my daughter noticed and was inspired to try dance at Ballet Academy. But once inside, She and our family, among many others, are blocked by curtains and hall monitor employees from watching or listening to the classes. We were even scolded for being 5 feet BEHIND the curtains just listening for 1 minute! Unbelievable. As a teacher, I know that often times students need a private class setting to excel. But that's not what we heard, saw, or felt here. It appears to be a poorly run, conceited few within these shallow halls, with the exception of 1 instructor, who didn't come across as rude about Ballet Academy practices.
