Casual atmosphere. Very busy so get there early. The calamari steak sandwhich will not dissapoint and the soft shell crab sandwhich is tasty too! Out door seating on a nice day you can't beat for the price

they have truly the best clam chowder ever I'm trying to find out if they will mail me some since I'm to 3 hrs away but it give me the energy and tastes so good

Love it here. Casual dining fresh fish. We had a great view of whales while we dined outside. Can't beat that!

Phil's is a world class eatery! Excellent food, service, and location. I highly recommend it anyone who wants the best California has to offer.

Awsome FRESH food , Great variety, even for kids. Understandably bussy , worth the wait if you need to. Can't wait till next visit. I'm proudly recomending to all I can. THANKS AGAIN......
