Not sure about the older post but my experience was fabulous.

The owner called me within moments of being sent the roadside assistance referral. He arrived exactly when he said he would.

He was kind, considerate, and a complete gentleman.

Not sure about the older post about Teak’s but my experience is totally different.

The owner called moments after my roadside assistance was assigned to Teak’s and told me when he would be to me. He was there exactly when he said he would be.

He was kind and quite professional.

This is a terrible towing company. They were dispatched by my roadside assistance company. After leaving me sitting in my hot car on the side of the road for 1 1/2 hours they cancelled the tow. When I called this business to complain the lady answering the phone lied and said they didn't take the dispatch. However, I had been tracking the tow track driver on the roadside assistance app as he was heading my way. She then hung up on me. Only an immoral company would treat a woman stuck by herself on the side of the road like this. I hope no one ever uses this business.
