Extreme unprofessional and unreliable. Gave a deposit and felt confident for over 3 weeks in finding my son’s Santa puppy. Following every suggestion Ashley provided, prepared and purchased the same food etc for the puppy to help him have a smooth transition home.
Then it came time for me to pick my pup. I was sent pics of 2 pups which looked very similar. (None were close ups of their faces, and were hard to distinguish) When I asked if there were any better pics and/or clarification on which of the 2 pups they were, apparently somehow this was “insulting” in some way?! Ashley decided to cancel my puppy pick and refused to sell me my puppy which we had been waiting for. I explained I was just trying to clarify which pup was which and she insisted not to sell me the pup I had relied on to be my son’s Christmas wish. I explained it to her, and despite her having kids she didn’t care. No regard. She is the grinch that stole Christmas! Strongly recommend staying away from her! Very unreliable!
PS after canceling my pup she eventually took better pics (close ups of the face etc) and posted on Facebook. Not sure why she was unwilling to do this for a client who had a deposit on the dog.
Don’t get your heart broken by wasting your time with this breeder!
