If I could rate this business lower I would. Albert sold me a 4 ton GOODMAN heat pump. It is an inefficient, energy guzzling, low quality, extremely noisy rattletrap. A LOUSY piece of junk doesn't even begin to describe it. Albert KNEW I requested a HIGH efficiency unit. Instead, he provided a low efficiency unit which he most likely bought at a closeout to increase his profit. Then he totally failed to solve the issues related to noise and inefficiency.Now I'm faced with HIGHER electric bills every month along with noise disturbance every time the unit begins to run. I DO NOT recommend this business. BUYER BEWARE>
