It is very difficult to get anyone in the office on the phone. It is difficult to get an apt or referals,test results, etc as the staff is not responsive. You get a machine to leave a message but no one calls you back. The doctor is excellent but I have to leave the practice because I cannot reach a human being at the office. My pharmacy was also unable to reach the office. This is the norm, not the exception. I hope the doctotr moves to a different practice .
