I made an appointment with Mark at Harrison Newsome Jewelers; he is extremely pleasant and knowledgable. I had five pieces to be appraised and was able to have them all done in the same day! The appraisals are beautiful with very nice photographs and easy to follow descriptions. I was also very pleased with the reasonable prices. Definitely an A+ in service!

I have used E.S. Griffith on many occasions for repairs, purchases and jewelry appraisals. I have found Mark to be very reliable and customer service oriented. He takes care of all my jewelry needs. Repairs are done in a timely and reasonable manner. Mark created a personalized appraisal book with photos and detailed appraisals of all of my jewelry. The book is very professional and a great resource. I use it for my insurance appraisals and to keep track of my jewelry. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and E.S. Griffith.
