Provided by SuperpagesThe owner derrick charged me $35 to look at my TV then $85 to correct the volume. He did not demonstrate that the problem was fixed when I picked up the TV. I relied on their word the problem was fixed. It has been over the 90 days on the bottom of the receipt, which was not pointed out to me. I turned on the TV for the first time since I picked it up, the same problem exits. derrick said that he would not even look at my TV again and hung up the phone. I received terrible service. This business is dishonest!!!
