Nicholas Goodman, DO was born and raised in Washington, and spent summers and holidays visiting family in California, surfing in Santa Cruz and skiing, hiking and fly fishing in the Cascades and Sierras. He spent the last several years volunteering as a Firefighter/EMT and living in Bellingham, WA. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Psychology in 2006, earned a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from Western Washington University in 2011 and recently graduated from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, WA. His passion for medicine developed while volunteering as a firefighter/EMT for nine years on the Lummi Indian Reservation in Bellingham, WA. Seeing the Lummis’ rich cultural heritage firsthand made him realize that every culture seeks healing mind, body and spirit in their own way. Dr. Goodman met his wife, Kellie, while attending WWU. Dr. Goodman and his wife have a daughter named Elena and a black lab named Luna. They enjoy hiking, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
