Polite, honest and timely. We called upon Fran a few years ago with great results. This past weekend our central air system stopped working during the first heat wave. We scheduled a mutually convenient time. The day before he called to say he had a family obligation come up for the morning. Most companies would then put your appointment off until a future date. Fran agreed to meet us when we got home, after normal business hours to fix it for us. No extra charges he said since it was his need to reschedule AND the final price was less than he quoted us. I'm sure other companies have kept their quoted prices even if the job came out less than expected. Fran is honest and trustworthy. I'd rate him A+ if you find yourself in need of a repairman.
