Provided by SuperpagesWhen I called to make a reservation and received my confirmation numbers. Not more than 2 hours later I called and cancelled the reservations. When speaking to the front desk inregards to the charges on my credit card (no shows) The Manager said that I did not cancel because I did not get a cancellation number; better yet the confirmation numbers I did receive she had no record of them. I book hotel for Trainers on a daily basis thru out the country, I will never stay at this hotel, ever!.
