We inquired about a cluster mail box for our neighborhood in Marysville. Liza was prompt and pleasant to work with. We had lots of questions and she responded in a timely manor and had knowledgeable answers ever time. It took us almost two month to complete our process and they were patient and helpful every step of the way.

We had four pedestals of 16 boxes each installed to service 57 condominium owners. From start to finish, the contractor worked efficiently with the Post Office and the HOA to make the whole operation smooth, efficient and timely. A home run!

Our outdated cluster mailbox for our cul de sac was broken into sometime between Thursday night and early Friday morning and we all had our mail stolen. I called the post office to file a claim. Then asked how we get a theft proof mailbox. Their recommended vendor was ABS. I called ABS and Liza walked me through the entire process - offering us a couple of options. I was on point to collect from my neighbors. Meanwhile, ABS coordinated with our postmaster at our local Post Office. They kept me informed during the entire process. Sunday, their installers removed our old unit and installed the new, improved, modern mailbox cluster. And 2 parcel lockers to boot! Monday, the postmaster assigned us our keys and now we have mail Monday afternoon! Talk about fast and efficient! Cannot recommend this company enough. My neighbors and I are extremely grateful for their customer service and speed. Thank you ABS!
