Provided by YP.comOrdered flowers for a funeral. She sent them to the wrong place. When we called from the church looking for the flowers, she all but called us liars, said that we had given her the wrong information - WE DID NOT and refused to give us a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
