Provided by YP.comI am telling you the honest to goodness truth, every time I go here either get the wrong chicken, wrong number of pieces, no biscuits, wrong sides or - in general, something is missing! I have called a few times to let them know and I am treated like a criminal.
By contrast, every time I go to McDonalds in Munster it is CORRECT! KFC needs some quality control at their drive thru window, they need to check it.
They should also not react negatively toward the customer who is a victim of their negligence.
They should be apologetic not disrespectful. I try to avoid this restaurant. I used to go there all the time when it was under different ownership. I have actually been a customer of this location for 25 years. I hope they get their act together.
