Good food. Speedy service. If getting a take out order call ahead.

We eat here every time we go into the 'boro. We drive over an hour drive to eat here. We lived in Japan and trying to find real Japanese sushi is hard to find but this is as close to the Japanese experience that you can get. It is not one of the american hibachi type places which we hate. The staff there is friendly and always happy to see you. We are always greeted by the owner and he always stops to say hi as we go here often and he now knows us. His sushi products are always fresh!!! His prices are excellent compared to others with the same quality of sushi. Want great sushi eat here!!

Wonderful service, excellent sushi, great sake, and very polite staff. Fuji resturant owner was a complete "donkey" (review asked me to remove the other name for donkey)and acted as if we were bothering him by sitting at the bar for sake and sushi. We left and went to Sushin. We will go there from now on and will not return to Fuji ever again. thanks guys for being so great!!!!

Wonderful sushi! I drive from Mount Juliet to eat there.
