What really impressed me was how they went out of their way to expedite my delivery after 5 failed attempts from a local competitor. They called Carolina Carports the day of my order and requested an installer known by them to do a great job in difficult to access properties. In 2 weeks I had a very professional, friendly crew arrive who did a great job. A very positive experience.
