I walked in with my 3 yr old son over 45 min before they closed and asked if they had time to cut his hair. The curly-haired woman replied with an attitude that she was leaving after her current cut; we were told we could sign in, but it would be a long time. I signed in, then checked back about 15 min later. The same woman was sweeping up and told me, again very rudely, "You need to sit out there - I'm not ready YET." Excuse me for walking into a salon that supposedly welcomes walk-ins to get a haircut! I did not want her bad mood to be taken out on my son, so I went to JC Penney instead, where they were very nice and told me thst several people have come there after having similar experiences with their staff. Don't go here!
