Tom was available immediately and understood the problem after I explained what was happening on my Mac even though I'm not tech savvy enough to actually explain it properly. He translated tech into English without being condescending, patiently explained what had happened and told me how and why he was going to fix it, which he did quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Try him, he's great!
