The man at this store did not listen to a single thing that I said.
He just did what he wanted to do and charged me for it.
He sold me the wrong item,
did not tell me that he had an entire box of adaptors for the wrong
item that he charged me for,
deleted photos from my phone when I asked him how to save them,
promised to make it right when I came back the next month and then
refused to do so.
He had an excuse for everything.
A 1-star rating is not low enough.
