Unbelievable! They wanted $53,000 for treatment, but they don't call back to let you know the lab results that you paid for, nor do they ever answer the phone. It goes to voicemail and no one calls back. Business office manager called me at 7pm on a Friday night, 8 days after blood drawn to let me know the results of only one of the tests was critically low and I needed to go to ER and have 2 units of blood. Where was the nurse?? As far as the other labs totalling $310 out of pocket, never contacted me back about those results and it has been almost a month now. My oncologist called and they still wouldn't give her the results either per the oncologist's nurse. How in the world would I give them the 53k they wanted, when they don't even respond to your calls.
