Provided by YP.comThis was a horrible place. A rat actually chewed through our luggage. Bringing new meaning to the term RAT HOLE. We reserved room 212, we did not recieve the room that we viewed on line. When we arrived and went into the room, that we had reserved, other guest were quit surprised to see us enter their room with a key. We were given another room that had a busted door frame to the adjoining room door. It did not lock. The pools had not been inspected in 6 years according to the posted permits. Last inspection was done in 2002. There were no towels in our room and we had to ask for them everyday. The outdoor pool's water was green, and the indoor pool had used condomes floating in it. All of the pool furniture was broken and in disrepair. We were without hot water the entire stay. The microwave had a board nailed through the top. The air conditioning was not working properly in 95 degree weather. We did not recieve the room we booked. We were cited a parking ticket while parked in the hotels parking lot during the first night of our stay. At no point during check in was we informed that this could happen. When asked for a refund or even a partial refund the manager pointed at the no refund sign and laughed then said good luck.
