We booked online. 2 nights and it came to roughly 500. Just under, i think 470ish. We had stayed once before and loved it. So we check in and saw we were in an interior room in the 'Inn' next door. We were unaware that that's what they meant by 'north of Captains Quarters' and thought they meant the building that is more by the tiki bar side. We were extremely let down, as it is not what we were expecting for that price. I tried everything possible to switch. We called down politely and explained the situation. They said they were booked and could comp the night and refund tomorrow. That would have been fine if it wasn't Saturday during the on season and most hotels were well more then 300 for the night. So we said thank you for your time we understand but if anything comes available please let us know. They also explained that we need to read the hotel room description ahead of time and look. As I do understand it was our fault, I was still upset but politely said I understand. About 35 minutes later they called and said that they were very sorry for our situation and they had a room in the main building on the 9th floor and it was a two-bedroom with a kitchenette, a king bed, and ocean view they could put us in. So of course I asked how much is this going to cost? And they told me it wants no charge extra. I'm not sure if it's because we are repeat customers or if it's because we were as polite as possible but they absolutely took care of us better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. I will 100% be back and recommend to anyone. Just check which building you're in ahead of time. They really did look out for us and made my 30th bday great. We heard people screaming at the staff at check out. My wife had told me "you catch more flies with honey than vinegar."

Provided by YP.comWe really enjoyed our visit, the pools are great, and the room we stayed in had been romodeled.
It looked great! It may be an older property but it has lots to offer for familes.

Provided by YP.complease dont waste your hard earned vacation money here! my husband and I had saved all year for our week long beach trip we looked on the internet and this place looked very nice and family friendly....................we got there and i cried..the rooms were so dirty that i had to go purchase cleaner and disinfectant to clean the room with the staff was so rude and on top of that they lost our deposit and tried to argue with us........back to the rooms there was mold comming down from the walls and also big bugs that looked like roaches but were too big to be roaches and the list can go on and on there were people allowed to go on the lazy river (which is for children) with glass containers (wine bottles acholol) drunk wandering around the children never ever will we return there
