On 1-8-18 we had a water pipe in the attic of our condo to freeze and burst due the winter cold spell. We live in North Carolina, approximately 5 hrs away. We’ve owned our condo for 30 years and never been a problem of this nature before. This was a busy time for the Myrtle Beach water restoration businesses. Our insurance company referred several restoration businesses , Duraclean was also recommended by a resident in the area. When we arrived that evening,we were in total shock,condo was completely ruined, sheet rock off wall and ceilings,water standing on floor,all furniture ruined,we were totally devastated. 1-9-18 Duraclean met us at condo,Mr. Bill Thaggard and Mr. Kieth Kropp met us at condo,They assured us that condo could be cleaned out,dried out,and restored. Their humility,care,friendliness,and consideration they showed to us gave us a peace and comfort knowing that they were respecting our feelings and bewilderment. Needless to say how happy and pleased we are of the results.Every employee was respectful,helpful,and tried their best to appease us every way they could. Condo looks like new,kitchen cabinets,bathroom fixtures,new sheet rock on walls and ceilings,new appliances,and carpet. All done in a professional manner and workmanship to be appreciated. We cannot express our appreciation and heart felt thanks to Kieth and his company,Duraclean. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning or restoration project.

Super nice and quite the professionals. Did a great job on mother's old carpeting. The furniture was neatly replaced and the carpet looked like new. From the phone call to the finished work........EXCELLENT

I have a 93 year old grandma who lives with me who has lots of accidents. I have used 3 different carpet cleaners over the years. None have gotten the stains out. Duraclean did...the carpet just came back to life and looks greaaaat! We discussed price before they came and what was to be done. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was exactly as quoted and the carpet was just wet to the touch, not soaked like before. I have found my company for carpet cleaning.

Gr8 company! Bob & Bill did an excellent job on my 5 yr old over sized microfiber sofa and love seat. They also cleaned a microfiber recliner. I still can't believe what a wonderful job they did on the furniture. Great price, excellent work. They worked very hard on this furniture, water stains everywhere from where i tried to self-clean the furniture, black spots, awfully dirty. I still can't believe they were able to save my furniture! I was so happy I didn't have to go buy new furniture due to the fact that I have 1 mini dog & 3 cats. They were extremely honest about the condition & the chances of cleaning it up.Wow so impressed! I will be calling them every time & telling neighbors, etc. They did a much better job & much less cost than Stanley Steemer! Wonderful company! Very-Very happy I called them. Found a coupon on the back of a grocery receipt, too! So pleased!!! Thank you so much!!

I had Duraclean clean my carpet and tile floors yesterday, and they were GREAT! Both men were friendly and professional, and their results were better than I had hoped for. The tile cleaning resulting in an incredible clean, restoring the tile to a brand new condition. They were on time, and gave me a final price before starting any work. They were fast, but also extremely thorough. I will be using them again!

Bill and George were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely use this company again. I recommend Duraclean over Stanley Steemer---much better job!

The carpet was extra dirty as we have 2 mini schnauzers that are never still, but George removed all the dirt that they have tracked in over the year. This the third we have used Duraclean to clean our carpets and have always been very satisfied. Thanks everyone!!!!

Before I called Duraclean I contemplated replacing my carpets. Between my 2 kids and 2 dogs my carpets were in bad shape. I figured I might as well give them a try before replacing the carpet and they made my carpet look brand new again. I am so pleased with the work that they've done that I'm telling all my friends.
