My initial experience was not good, but I remained persistent to get what I needed.
Then Mike Carey took control of my situation. He was very professional, very articulate and made sure that every thing I needed was taken care of. And he did one thing that is hard to find... he listened!!
We remained diligent to get me a portable oxygenator. It took a while but he got it done. The biggest thing though, was my COAG INR unit.
When it came in, Mike brought itto my house set it up and tested me. The numbers were so askew that we tested again. Same result! we tried the other arm, same, result. We just thought the machine was no good.so Mike was going to take it back and get another. That's when he did something most would never do... he tested himself. His numbers were normal. He transmitted my numbers to my Doctor, who had me come in immediately and he tested me. The numbers were off the chart. My nurse said in 40 years, she had never seen numbers like that, and I should be dead. Thanks to Mike and his complete attention to detail, I'm not. He actually saved my life. Thanks Mike!!!
The world could actually use a few million more like him. He does it right and he cares. There are alot of them out there, and we are blessed to have them.
I feel fortunate to have one one my side.

Left oxygen machine on porch and I got no instruction. When I asked them to pick it up they argued with me that they could only pick it up with a doctor's order. It was only after I told them I was an attorney and I know that was not true that they told me I could sign one of their waivers. When I called on Friday to have them pick it up it took them until Tuesday to do it. They could not give me a time that they would be there so I could not make any plans for the day. Even though the told me they would call me the day of pick-up so I could get an Idea of when they would arrive they did not do it. I had to call at 11:30 to find out. I will use another service next time.
