I will never buy from them again! They don't care about the customer, all they care about is getting your money... took less than a day to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle and extended warranty from them, but then when I started having problems within the first month, I found out that the warranty is very, very, very limited. So I started calling and emailing the sales rep and sales manager and got little to no response. You would think purchasing a "certified" vehicle and warranty would protect your from these kinds of hassles... silly me, what was I thinking? They give the "used car salesman" their bad reputation. You would think that a MERCEDES BENZ dealership would have a higher standard of service than the local no name at the corner, but I am finding out that is not the case. Very expensive lesson learned. Do your homework, read the reviews about this dealership, read all the reviews out there and hopefully you can save yourself a lot of headaches.
