Went there after knee was bothering me. The whole check in was easy and painless. Staff were awesome. Had an hour to wait so went for a sandwich at a nearby restaurant. Came back and had a short wait. 4 minutes over the hour. Saw DR. Lee. She was great...right from the handshake thru disposition. She took time and listened and we came up with a viable treatment plan that worked. Will go back if in need

Horrible. From the first moment I walked in. The receptionist was not polite or even cordial. The second nurse (intake) was fine, but did not take my blood pressure, which surprised me due to what I was being seen for (isn't that routine for everyone for any visit?). Then the worst part, the Doctor. He did not wash his hands or even use antibacterial gel in my presence (neither did the nurses, I was under the impression that hygiene was key in preventing communicable illness, as one would be treating at a walk-in). The room I was in had some sort of wound irrigation device attached to the sink, so it did not work for hand washing when I tried. There was no paper covering on the exam table, and I KNOW they did not wipe it down as the antibacterial wipes on the counter as they were dried out when I opened them. I ended up with a violent stomach flu the next evening, I have do doubt it was from visiting this facility. Unfortunately, the worst part of the Doctor was not his lack o
