I took the day off from work to drive up to NH from Boston to look at 9 homes. I met the realtor at the first home, he was totally unorganized, he didn't have the lockbox codes and he left the door open when there was a big sign that said keep door shut, don't let the cat out. This guy should not be allowed to show homes. After looking at the 2nd house on the list we drove around in circles for about 45 min. He pulled over several times, I could see he was on the phone. I don't think he scheduled the appts for the houses I wanted to see and I gave him a weeks notice to do so. The second time we pulled over he said 3 of the houses cancelled, how could that be? The third time we pulled over he said I'm ready to call it a day. I couldn't believe it. I took the day off and drove for over an hour to see these homes. Steer clear of this company or at least the realtor Richie. I really don't like writing bad reviews but I feel better if I can save someone from working with him.
