If you expect your cabinets to come in undamaged. If you expect your cabinets to come in when promised. If you expect Kabinart to expedite the replacement of the damaged cabinets you better buy another line. Kabinart appears to lack any quality control or any concern for the customer. I was told at the time of placing my order that I should expect the cabinets to ship in 3-4 weeks. The cabinets finally showed up 9 weeks later. When they did show up 3 of the 15 cabinets came in damaged. It will be 32 days from the time that the replacement cabinets were ordered to the time I was told that I should expect them to ship. It's just ridiculous!!!
