Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would, extremely rude as soon as I walked in. I brought in a PTO switch and a tire that were both bad, they would not even attempt to get me either one just because I didn't know the model number of the mower they came off of. I drove straight to another tractor dealer in town and they looked at both the switch and tire and had me a replacement for both in just a couple of minutes. It turns out the switch not only fits on nearly all models of cub cadet mowers but also on several other brands, and the tire was one of the most common sizes between all mowers.
