The assistant manager breached and obstructed the settlement agreement between myself and James Smith of National Recovery. James Smith agreed that the local branch would FED EX my $5,000.00 payment to Chase auto finance and Rosemary the assistant manager said we don't do that for customers. Because of her actions Chase auto finance defaulted on their agreement with me. When I called she would tell she has customers and hang the phone up on me. This is my opinion of how they have treated me. Chase Bank has numerous state, federal and BBB complaints complaints. me
