I would like to comment on an incident that occurred with this company this evening, June 29th in North Wales. Our cars were parked in a lot with their sign warning that “unauthorized cars will be towed” This is an apartment building with an attached business where classes were in session. Without any warning, they began removing cars. One belonged to an AUTHORIZED member who had not received their parking tag because of being on vacation plus a visitor who was touring the facility for the first time & had not yet been issued their tag. Despite members of the business telling the totally uncooperative & rude tow drivers that they were authorized to park there, they removed the vehicles anyway! Needless to say, the visitor will probably not return after receiving a $250 fine! I guess making their tow fee is more important than customer service or hurting another business! Zero stars!
