A-1 Concrete fixed my sinking driveway! Dan was very professional and I was very happy with how my driveway turned out!

I knew I needed to repair the landing that had sunk about 5 inches at the bottom of my front steps, however I knew hiring a contractor to pour cement was not in my budget. I was going thru the Val-Pak and found a coupon for A-1 Concrete Leveling. I put it off until mid Summer when I decided to give the number on the coupon a call. I spoke with Dan and he told me he'd come to my home and take a look and give me an estimate. He came out that day and gave me a call at work. He gave me the estimate, I couldn't believe how affordable it was! I set up the appointment! He was very professional and said it would be about 2-3 weeks out due to the busy time of the year. I set up a date and was glad I had taken the first step. Dan called the day before and told me they would be out between 8 and 8:15am. The truck arrived at 8:12am! The workers took time, got down on the ground behind my hollow steps and looked and explained to me that they couldn't gaurentee that it would work but they would carefully give it a try. I watched while they worked to raise the sunken landing. They took time and went slow and finally the cement started coming up and up and pretty soon it was level!!!! They filled the 3 holes, cleaned everything up very well, I wrote the check and John, explained to me that I should check it for a week or two. He told me if it starts to sink they would come back out at no charge and do it all over since the product they used would have set up so the hollow steps now would have something to push off of. I watched and he was correct, the east side had sunk about 1/2 inch or so. I called and spoke to Dan. Dan said they would be out in a week. They were out in 3 days!!! I got home from work and noticed right away.....LEVEL again! It's been a couple of weeks and its perfect!! If you are reading this review.............I highly recommend you give Dan a call! I am very happy knowing how Safe my landing is and how much it improved the curb appeal of my home. Thanks again Dan and crew! Love it!
